When a long standing client approached us with a site in Solihull with planning for two new dwellings our brief included clearance of planning conditions, design development to apply permitted development principles and maximise floor space, and production of detailed building regulations drawings, enabling building work on to progress on site. We also provided high definition CGI visualisations for the sales literature.

As work progressed our brief expanded to include improvements to the previously approved design that were very well received by the planners, the client, and the marketing agent. Based on our extensive experience of small scale select residential developments, we were pleased to be able to add value in terms of improved design and intelligent construction techniques, enabling our client to maximise returns on his investment, while maintaining his reputation for high quality new homes.
