Obtaining planning permission for two new homes on this prominent site in Dorridge was far from easy, with local residents and councillors all raising strong objections to the principle of development.

Despite the intense resistance we were able to work with our dedicated team of ecologists, landscape specialists, and in-house planning consultants to present an attractive and sustainable scheme for two large family homes, together with a detached garage block and private access drive.

Our scheme design complied with national and local planning policy, gained the support of the planning department, and attractive praise from some committee members in terms of design quality and sensitivity.
